As part of our study of percentages, students chose a survey question to ask their classmates. They then converted the answers into fractions, decimal numbers and percentages.

Speechtastic!

It's time for another Speechtastic!

This time, students are preparing a Persuasive Speech. They have chosen a topic and are planning a 2-5 minute speech to convince the audience of their opinion. They should be sure to have an introduction, a middle (with all their arguments supported by details) and a conclusion.

Students are reminded to add their personality and really make the speech their own!

Presentations are Wednesday, May 8th and Thursday, May 9th.

Can you guess the province or territory of each
