Here's what we'll be working on this week:
Mathematiques: working with improper fractions and mixed numbers, using mental math strategies for halving a number.
Francais: daily reading, grammar practice, giving and justifying opinions, preparing an oral presentation, discussing the elements of a story.
English Language Arts:
daily reading, revising, editing and publishing biographies, critical thinking discussion, preparing a speech.
Sciences de la nature: researching arthropods.
Sciences Humaines:
learning about the end of the First World War, the Books of Remembrance, how art was used during the war, the story of Winnie and researching the life of John McCrae.
